    Practice for All Stars will run from Monday, July 21st - Friday, July 25th as follows:

    • 9:00 - 10:10 am - 11 and over swimmers
    • 10:10 -11:10 am -10 and under swimmers

    • What should your swimmer wear? 
      • We ask that you refer to the dress code when prepping for the luncheon. Swimmers cannot be wearing their bathing suits from practice to the luncheon. We suggest packing some nice clothes in their swim bags so that they can change after practice.
    • What do parents do during this time? Since the luncheon is just for the kids, we invite you to come join the adult celebration!
      • Where: The Pub
      • When: You drop your swimmers off with the team at the luncheon.(If you have a little one, don’t worry- our swimmers and coaches will make sure they are taken care of.)
