The schedule below is the summer practice schedule.  Note that there will be no practices or meets the week of July 4th (6/30 - 7/6).  Practices will resume as normal on 7/7: 

Monday-Friday:

• 9:00 - 10:15am: 11 and over (advanced)
• 10:15 - 11:15am: 12 and under (new 11-12s), includes 8&under with their own lane

Friday FUNDAY each week:

• 9:00 - 10:15am: 11 and older (advanced)
• 10:15 - 11:15am: 12 and under (new 11-12s)
• 11:15 - 12:30pm: Team activity (ALL)

Afternoon practice (for anyone not able to make morning practice):

Tuesday - Thursday 5:00pm - 6:00pm (8&under plus make-up for all ages)

This will be the schedule from 5/27 through 6/13.  Practice listed below will be Monday - Friday  with the exception of Memorial Day in which there is no practice:

• 3:45 - 4:45pm: 13 and overs (with advanced 11-12 year olds)
• 4:45 - 5:30pm: 8 and under swimmers (with developmental/new 9-10 year olds)
• 5:30 - 6:30pm: 9-12 year olds
